Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to shop with confidence at Mozbar Store. Please review our refund and return terms carefully.


Return Window

Our return and refund policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or replacement.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • Returned in original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Items sent back in used, damaged, or altered condition may not be eligible for a full refund.

Please do not send products directly to the manufacturer.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned due to safety and hygiene reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Perishable items (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Personal care, health, or hygiene-related items
  • Intimate products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Partial refunds may be issued in the following situations:

  • Books showing visible signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, software, video games, or similar media
  • Items returned damaged or missing parts not caused by our error
  • Returns received after 30 days from delivery

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


Delayed or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not appeared:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your card issuer, as posting times may vary
  3. Contact your bank for processing updates

Sale Items

Only items purchased at regular price are eligible for refunds. Discounted or sale items are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that arrive defective or damaged.
To request an exchange for the same product, please email us at sales@mozbarstore.com with your order details and photos if applicable.


Gift Returns

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit once the return is approved.
  • If the gift order was shipped to the purchaser, the refund will be issued to the original buyer.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
